Moonstone

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

The Sleeping Tower, a piece of history in the present

Quietly located in Saint-Germain-au-Mont-d'Or, 20 minutes from Lyon by car or train, "La tour endormie" is part of an old medieval castle. Successively a defense tower, dovecote and chapel, listed as a Historic Monument, it has now become a comfortable charming cottage. At the crossroads of the Monts d'Or, Beaujolais and Dombes, you can discover all the facets of our region: villages with golden stones, vineyards, bodies of water and all the richness of Lyon.

House with pool and fireplace. It has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with cathedral ceiling. Its golden stones recall its history and its more recent extension give it a unique charm. Its enclosed courtyard guarantees total privacy to enjoy its dining, relaxation and swimming pool areas. Two magnificent wisterias provide shade and plant freshness. And its little shed has been transformed into a house for our 3 rabbits.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

Dome of the Lyonnais Valleys

Ideally located less than 20 km from Lyon, and 5 minutes from the A89 (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille etc.), enjoy a night surrounded by nature in the "green lung" of the Lyon area. During the day, enjoy hiking, mountain biking or trails accessible a few hundred meters from the dome. And in the evening, comfortably installed, enjoy the flora and fauna that surround you. Ideally located for visiting the area 20 km from the center of Lyon known for its gastronomy, architecture, museums... 20 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône, capital of Beaujolais with its wines, its golden stone villages close to the Dombes with its ponds, bird park and restaurants with frog leg specialties you can stay in our house with views of the Lyonnais mountains and enjoy a terrace with views of beautiful sunsets.

Charming master suite nestled in nature at the start of the Cabornes trail, in the heart of Poleymieux in Mont d'Or. In the church area, our house is set back from the main road and the studio below the house is away from noise, prying eyes and surrounded by nature! You will even have the right to visit our private Caborne... Please note, our accommodation is only for people who have no trouble getting around.
