House in the countryside but close to the city center (1 km) with shops and all services (cultural center, aquatic center 10 km away) This accommodation has a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove heating and a laundry room. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shared bathroom

To reconnect with nature, decompress, and recharge, in a rural setting, calm and tranquility await you. Self-catering 1000m2 enclosed lot. proximity to donkeys (quiet, kind) independent trailer, not overlooked, all comfort heating bathroom and private jacuzzi (available May to the end of September according to meteo). Private car park possibility to meet our dogs for moments of cuddling and games (small family farm) pets not allowed

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to update it, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.

Our former Sarthe barn, carefully renovated, is a place where modern comfort and tradition meet.  Our cottage is close to many shops and restaurants offering delicious traditional cuisine.
