It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. The entrance is totally independent, it overlooks a small terrace and a watercourse ( noise from the flow of water, wildlife and nature).
