A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Far from the summer overcrowding, you will be charmed by the calm and serenity of the place, at the gates of the purple Périgord (Eymet and Bergerac). The house is located in the center of a charming village perched on top of a hill, with a pleasant little sunny garden and its swimming pool that beckon you for long and pleasant moments of relaxation in peace!

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)

This stone gite near our property, has been fully renovated. Its breathtaking view of the forest, without any vis-à-vis will bring you calm and a change of scenery. The semi-open terrace offers you the opportunity to eat and rest on Chilean women. The 5x10m swimming pool is available for your use and only for you.

Finally, if you aspire to a stay of pure relaxation, where it is good to live doing nothing, the cottage will be your haven of peace, quiet, by the pool.

There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.
