Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Kilda East

the place was great. clean and peaceful. my son had a great time playing in the big balcony. Aldi is in same building on ground floor which was a added bonus. St kilda beach and luna park were just 5 min by car. overall had a great time there.

We had such a lovely stay at Raf and Tegan’s place! They are super attentive hosts, and the apartment was clean, cosy and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also really close to trams to the CBD, woolies, and other amenities so you have everything you need. Perfect for our first month in Melbourne, would definitely recommend ☺️

My father and I just had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for first time visitors to Melbourne like us, it's close to St Kilda Beach, great restaurants, and other fantastic spots. The place has such a vibe, we really liked the decoration and interior, and it was spotlessly clean 🧼. Definitely recommended! 😁

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. This has to be one of the most beautiful, luxurious and spotless places I have ever stayed! Everything was so well thought out; from the gorgeous welcome gifts, to the stunning decor, to the perfect location - I extended my stay to enjoy it more! The place was much bigger than I thought it would be, had heaps of lovely touches (the designer furnishings; the indoor plants, especially “Henry”; the Aesop products; the well stocked kitchen; the awesome water pressure), and is in a fabulous location for food. Amelia was super helpful with my last minute booking, and accomodating of my extension - everything was perfect : )

Great location, close to Tram and Acland St. It was perfect for hosting 2 kids and my parents, everyone had their place. Kitchen was very welcoming.

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Richards place. Had everything we needed for a great little trip to Melbourne. Only a short commute to main attractions. Great communication. The little snacks were such a warming welcome for the kids. Highly recommend staying at David's :)

Incredibly easy to find and check in. Samuel was very responsive and everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat is a nice place to enjoy the local area and close to the train station to see the rest of Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again
