Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Nature lovers, in need of calm and disconnection, welcome to our home, in the heart of the Drôme des Collines forest. Our atypical wooden building includes our home, two new and very pleasant studios where you will stay, and a health clinic. Each party has its own access and privacy. You can use the barbecue and childcare equipment on request. The region is full of activities and beautiful things that we will be happy to introduce you to!

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isere, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are accessible by foot or further to the Vercors (1/2 H), the Palais du Factor Cheval or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We will be happy to advise you on the many things to do in the area; Well educated and sociable animals welcome ON REQUEST as the garden is common; Sheet rental possible (€12), optional cleaning fee (€40).
