Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Au calme côté Nord avec vue panoramique sur montagnes. 2e et dernier étage avec ascenseur. 2 chambres : adulte avec lit double (160x200), enfants avec lits superposés + un lit simple. Un séjour comprenant un grand canapé convertible (lit 140x200 + surmatelas disponible) et une cuisine attenante entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, plaques, frigo, four, cafetière... Service de conciergerie possible.

Le logement (47m2), avec un petit espace extérieur, se situe dans une maison neuve dans un quartier calme, avec vue sur les montagnes au coeur du champsaur. Pour 4 pers: 1 chambre ( lit 140x190) et 1 canapé convertible dans le salon. Résidant sur la propriété, nous aurons le plaisir de vous donner quelques conseils et bonnes adresses. Sur les hauteurs du village de la Bâtie-Neuve, le CHALET L'ECUREUIL vous accueille dans sa cabane perchée sur pilotis, véritable nid douillet, en lisière de forêt, tout au fond de la propriété, derrière le chalet principal occupé par les propriétaires. Vous y accédez par un charmant sentier piétonnier de 50 mètres et bénéficiez d'une magnifique vue sur la vallée. Sa terrasse extérieure couverte de 19 m² possède un SPA entièrement privatisé. Adultes seulement. Bébés et enfants non autorisés.

Pour votre séjour à la montagne, un studio fonctionnel au rez de chaussé de notre maison, pouvant accueillir un couple ou petite famille, c'est un lieu calme et ensoleillé, propice à la détente. Idéalement situé pour départs en randonnées ou stations de ski, baignade, marchés de producteurs, Golf Gap-Bayard à 10min, vélo, etc. (Gap : 20min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur : 7min) Attention, nous ne fournissons pas les draps de lit et serviettes de bain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle, our cottage is set up on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). With a surface area of 40 m2, it is arranged for 4 people. It is attached to our dwelling house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and old larches.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
