Une longère charentaise dans son jus. Les matériaux anciens tels les vieilles pierres ont été conservés lors de la rénovation. Le confort du chauffage au sol a été ajouté. Le gîte comprend: un grand salon, une cuisine , une salle de bain, des toilettes, 2 coins couchage et une chambre séparée. Le canapé du salon peut se transformer en lit Parkings et Wifi (fibre optique) compris. Le site se compose d'une île d'environ 5000m², entourée d'eau, sur laquelle se situe une ancienne maison d'éclusier de 1837, totalement réaménagée, très lumineuse et confortable. Idéal pour une expérience de déconnexion totale, dans un écrin de verdure, tout en confort et en poésie. Possibilité d'utiliser les canoës (un canoé 2 places et un canoé 1 place) et des vélos.
