Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Charming townhouse in the heart of Vercors

Immediate proximity to Vercors Park activities (climbing, hiking, skiing...). Gîte close to the village of Saint-Martin-en-Vercors (bakery, grocery stores, bars-restaurants, artisans...). We love the area and will be happy to provide you with information. Gîte adjoining our own accommodation, but without overlooking: privacy guaranteed (except for our curious chickens and cats)! Two large lots offer a secure space (rivers, picnic area, trampoline, games, swing...)

Les Terrasses du Vercors: 1-bedroom apartment

Apartment in a large passive house. A large bedroom: a double bed + a single bed. In the living room: sofa bed (17 cm mattress). Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are provided. With 30 m² terrace, not overlooked, to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the red rock cliff to the north, the mountains to the east and the small hills to the south. Hiking trails pass in front of the house. The apartment is adjoining mine No pets and no smoking.

With a dedicated game room, a large living room, two bathrooms, our accommodation is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The location allows you to enjoy the surrounding walks and green nature and to get to the village and its amenities in less than 5 minutes by car.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites avec ses 2 chambres doubles au RDC avec SdeB privatives et 4 chambres au 1er étage, elle saura respecter l'espace de chacun. L'exterieur propose une terasse bois, une aire de jeux pour enfants et un terrain de pétanque couvert.
