A private cottage within walking distance (10 mins) of pretty Rozel harbour/beach. The cottage has sea views from all of the main rooms and on a clear day you can see across to France. Small private garden and garage parking for one car. A very quiet and secluded location but still walking distance from a cafe, restaurant and pub.

One bedroom flat in rural Trinity near Bouley Bay.

We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.

At the beach - quiet and private

Our guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the buses run throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop supermarket two doors away. Coastal and rockpool rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the country lanes too.
