La Petite Roseraie is a renovated former sheepfold in Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux, 100 m from the tram. This small 27 m² cocoon, renovated in November 2023, is ideally equipped with bed linen and towels included. Close to the city center (10 min by tram, 5 min by car), perfect for professionals (5 min from the EDF campus, 12 min from the CEA, 20 min from the train station by tram). Departures for walks to the Bastille and access to ski resorts in 50 minutes. Our cuddly black cat may cross your path.
