Spacious grounds surround the Summer Kitchen built in the early 1900's as an addition to the adjacent 1812 Shipbuilder's Cottage. The lower level with original wide plank floors contains a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The upper level has a bedroom with double bed and separate living area with a pull-out couch that sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. With it's sloped ceilings and a view of the Bay of Fundy, this cozy space will welcome you after a day exploring the beauty of St. Martins.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This beautiful Historical building served as a doctor's office for several doctors for as long as people can remember. It was built in approximately 1840. This lovely property was completely renovated in 2023. The house has three private main-level suites each different from the next.
