This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Great place to stay! Very cozy. In a prime/peaceful location. Really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, countertops, breakfast bar, and almost sound proof bedrooms which were great for out 2 children under 3 yrs old. Will certainly go back if we get chance!

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

If you want to book a family vacation that you will never forget, I would highly recommend this gorgeous property! Our family of 5 loved everything about the house…from the unique architecture to the beautiful decor to the super comfortable beds and so much more. The view from the deck was by far the best one we have seen from any house we have rented. It truly exceeded our expectations! I think the best thing about this home is that you feel like you are in the middle of the woods for that true cabin experience, but you are only minutes from stores, restaurants, etc. It is extremely private and peaceful. The spacious house was very clean and meticulously maintained. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The contactless check-in process was seamless and the wi-fi was excellent and easy to use. Veronique was an exceptional host and very friendly. So thankful we chose this home for our vacation. Thank you, Veronique and Patrick!
