We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's apartment. The veranda overlooking the garden is a very pleasant space, the layout and decoration of the whole accommodation are really well thought out. In short, a zen and relaxing haven of peace. The beaches and the coastal path are five minutes away from the house, so is the supermarket. A perfect place to rest and clear your head. Quality and renovated housing Ideally located near the train station and very close to the sea, which makes the apartment even more attractive. The hosts were extremely responsive to our messages and we appreciated the little gift.

A lovely, bijoux place to stay, with everything we needed to explore the area. Fabienne and Patrick are amazing hosts, warm and friendly, and they made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond to support us, and also made us feel so very welcome. The annex is a very peaceful, well designed, and immaculate space. There is also a peaceful and very private patio. For me and my husband, we thought it was a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation was very clean, the bedding impeccable and there were all the amenities to spend a good night with a 5-month-old baby! We'll be happy to go back!

A very pleasant stay in this small house renovated, tastefully renovated. Everything necessary was available and comfort is there. Close proximity to the center and the beach.

Very nice accommodation, spacious. There were 10 of us, including 4 children. Each had their own space, in the center of Prefailles and a few meters from the ocean. We really liked the accommodation. I recommend it.

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.
