On the historic port of Pornic, 300m from the train station and 10mn walk from the beach, we, Emilie and Alex, will welcome you in this renovated apartment in an exceptional location. You will have access on foot to all the shops, bars and restaurants, in this beautiful setting that Pornic offers. You will stay in a lovely 40m2 home, in which everything is new, including a bedroom, a spacious and bright living/kitchen, and a bathroom, all of which can accommodate up to 4 people.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...
