The accommodation consists of a separate sleeping area, with a double bed. As well as 2 bunk beds. A kitchen stay equipped with induction hob, Nespresso machine, combined microwave oven.

A living room with a large sofa bed (140 x 200 bed + mattress topper available) and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen: dishwasher, stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker... Wide choice of hikes.

The accommodation (47 m2), with a small flowery outdoor space, is located in a new house (2021), in wood, in a quiet neighborhood, with views of the mountains in the heart of the Champsaur. Residing on the property, we will be happy to welcome you and give you some tips and good places on our beautiful region. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
