Au calme côté Nord avec vue panoramique sur montagnes. 2e et dernier étage avec ascenseur. 2 chambres : adulte avec lit double (160x200), enfants avec lits superposés + un lit simple. Un séjour comprenant un grand canapé convertible (lit 140x200 + surmatelas disponible) et une cuisine attenante entièrement équipée : lave-vaisselle, plaques, frigo, four, cafetière... Service de conciergerie possible.

You will enjoy a private outdoor spa with panoramic views of the mountains and a comfortable interior combining wood and simplicity. A pond populated with fish brings a touch of freshness and poetry to the setting. This peaceful haven can be discovered and enjoyed all year round.

The Sautériau Cabin

Comfortable cabin on stilts, nestled in the trees. Living room, mezzanine (access by miller's ladder), relaxation hammock. Bathroom with toilet, kitchenette, radiator, TV, Wi-Fi. Exceptional 180° view from the terrace, garden, Zen grove, shaded relaxation area with hammock. Quiet area of the resort, green space, few buildings. Ski slope 30 m away connected to the area, depending on snow conditions. Labeled Gîte et Cabanes de France. Not accessible for people with disabilities.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
