Vous profiterez également d'un extérieur agréable et plein sud avec une terrasse ombragée, un espace vert, des jeux pour enfants et des places de parking.

Ce gîte de plain pied, récent et unique,a été réalisé avec des matériaux nobles: mélèze brossé, badigeon à la chaux, fer et bois. Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Bienvenue au Chalet "Le Goulet", l’un des deux Chalets de l'établissement "Les 2 Chalets Alpins". Ce cocon de 40 m2 propose un intérieur lumineux et chaleureux mêlant bois, pierre et décoration soignée. À l’extérieur, le chalet révèle l’un de ses atouts majeurs : un bain nordique privatif, installé face à un cadre naturel paisible. Le tout avec linge de maison et ménage inclus. Tous les critères sont réunis pour un séjour ressourçant placé sous le signe du calme et de la détente.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Idéal SPORTIFS ! Peut accueillir: - une personne seule, - un couple, - un couple avec enfant en bas-âge qui dort dans un lit parapluie (à disposition), - deux ami(e)s qui peuvent occuper les 2 chambres différentes. Je ne souhaite plus accueillir un couple avec enfants ou ados ou plus de deux adultes suite à des débordements... La maison est non fumeur dedans ET dehors, merci.
