This calm and tranquil cottage is surrounded by vines, greenery and a private woodland allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay. This peaceful home can offer you nice walks and enjoyable evenings “en famille” or “entre amis” in the spacious garden or cosy terrace. Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Our gite is conveniently located in the municipality of Lamothe Montravel, at the crossroads of the vineyards of Bergerac and Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyard from its sunny terrace. 2 levels: the front door is on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. First level 8 steps, a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room, a wood-burning stove (only means of heating the house) wood provided.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
