The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

Close to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, in the center of Langeais, we offer a house for 4–6 people in a very quiet courtyard, ideally located for visiting the castles of the Loire (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Rigny-Ussé, Tours, Saumur) and the vineyards of the region (Bougueil, Chinon). Langeais is a small lively tourist town with many shops and restaurants within a 5-min walk. The Sunday morning market has just been voted "most beautiful market in Indre-et-Loire".
