A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

This recently renovated apartment is light and elegant and perfect for a couple. It is on the first floor, accessed by a stone spiral staircase. The living space comprises a kitchen, with electric oven and fridge freezer, a cosy sofa area and a a dining table. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf, which has shops, bars and restaurants. Bourganeuf is ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and neaby lac de Vassiviere.

Here you will find calm, nature and plenty of space to relax. Walk around the campsite and enjoy the beautiful places around. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
