Near Lac Sacacomie and Lac à l 'Eau Claire with water activities and hikes, snowmobiling and sled dogs. Near the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve with its hiking and hunting and fishing activities. 5 minutes from the center of Saint-Alexis-des Monts and its shops. Bedroom upstairs with double bed as well as 2 single beds (benches) on the ground floor. Access to the land as well as the lake, several walking trails nearby. Possibility of renting a rowboat or canoe. No other residence other than the chalet and the owner on the estate.
