In the city center of the village of Maillé (Maison du Souvenir) close to the train station, access to Tours in 30 minutes, this ideally located house will allow you to make many visits (castles, futuroscope, Beauval Zoo, walks, hikes and troglodyte valleys less than 1 hour away). Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Children (and not just them) will be delighted to meet our gentle donkeys (Isa and Belle), our free-range hens or the 2 horses. It feels like a small farm!
