Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Le petit Damvix

The small damvix is located 500 m from the village (with all shops), it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a closed bedroom and a sofa bed in the dining room as well as an equipped kitchen. You have a small garden and a parking space. It is located 50 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Niort. Numerous walks to do on foot by bike or by boat.
