Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 4 feux (induction, et vitro céramique), un four traditionnel et un four micro ondes. L'étage est climatisé.
