The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the Charente Maritime and Gironde departments. For those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers, our studio at Au Chêne Vert is the ideal place and also a good base for a walking or cycling trip, a visit to a (flea) market, wine or cognac producer or various other excursions.
