Private suite holiday rentals in Saint Thomas

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

Great place to stay. Amber was super. Allowed us to check in early and was very helpful with questions we had. Great location. The place had everything we needed. I really appreciated the snorkel gear and outdoor shower. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful resort! The room was exactly as described! Our room allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean! There was a minor issue regarding the room that was purchased during check in (had nothing to do with the host) but the staff were lovely and sorted out the issue right away! Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for a break from sailing if you needed some time with your feet on the ground. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only downside is you need to be reasonably healthy to walk up from the dinghy dock and beach area as the road is quite steep, which we were advised beforehand. All in all, a wonderful experience with both Bob and the place.

Nice place to stay at , the bed was oh so very comfy! And I loved how Marty and bayard even thought of providing chairs and cooler it. Super close to the airport That’s definitely a plus for me on this visit Will be back thank you !

Amber’s place is in a nice location. Close to several resorts and the Red Hook downtown. Easily accessible to most places on the island. Enjoyed our stay!

As everyone says, it is a climb up the hill on a 4x4 but once at the top there is a great view looking down at the harbor and across the island. That is certainly the highlight of this stay. We mostly hung out and ate outside on the covered porch. The upstairs is a loft with both beds, so no privacy, but plenty of room. The stairs are bit steep and winding and I think you might have to duck your head a little (I'm 6 ft). This wasn't a problem for us, but might be a concern for others. We ate dinners out, so the kitchen was fine for us, but not really set-up for cooking a full dinner. The area was quiet; no nearby morning roosters during our stay. Everyone in the family really enjoyed staying here and we'd happily stay here again.

Julie and John's place was everything we needed and were looking for. It was a lovely spot situated in a very private setting with extraordinary views. the apartment was clean, comfortable and has a great screened in porch where we spent most of our time watching the water and birds. It was a short drive into Cruz bay and centrally located to drive to North shore or the East side of the island. We toured the entire island with the help of pointers and suggestions for our hosts but they also allowed us our privacy. I would definitely stay at the Sugarbird House again!

Carl is a great host. Carl was able to pick up and drop me off at the airport. He was able to transport to various locations including the Village. I was there for a week to play Mas in St. Thomas Carnival and he was giving me history and tips about the island. Great communication with him during my entire stay. The place was cute and was a great space and fit for me. I was able to use the washer and dryer and the gym. Carl and his wife allowed to watch the fireworks from the gorgeous porch. I was able to cook my breakfast and heat up my food. Since the weather was pretty cool during that week, I didn't have to always use the fan because of the breeze. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to eat any of the mangos due to not being ripe yet. :-) I would visit Carl and the Airbnb in the future. :-)

This place is truly paradise.!!! The views are incredible of Brewers Bay from the living room & balcony. Heather was a super host. She referred the best restaurants in the area, hiking trails to see the bat caves, day charters & excursions. We took a boat out a couple days visiting Soggy & Foxy’s at Yost, Copper, Sandy Spit, the Bathes, Willy T’s & snorkeled with turtles. Highly recommend! Will be back soon… From FL we took Delta into St Thomas and ferry to Tortola. Next time will take AA into Tortola to avoid the ferry.

Norma and (Sean's) place was great. It was clean and cozy. The interior design was beautiful. There were even ingredients to make yourself a welcome cocktail. It's the perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. The toilet and shower are in a separate room from the sink and mirror so more than one person can get ready at a time. There's also a ceiling fan in the bathroom! Definitely a bonus for me. When there was a power outage, normal on islands from my experience, I sent a text about something and they responded very quickly. The location is right next to the Ritz and I felt very safe. While residential, it was only a 5 minute taxi ride to the Red Hook hotspots and one of the marinas. I would highly recommend staying here when in St. Thomas. I will absolutely return!

Spectacular view; absolutely stunning!! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The property was quintessential St. Thomas with beautiful plants all around.

One of the nicest hosts I've ever had! Carl went so far out of his way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions that we had. He helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. He was available with suggestions and information every day. The house was clean and looked as advertised. The outdoors was definitely the highlight. If you like to sit outside I highly recommend this place. Things to consider however, there is only AC in the bedrooms. This makes the kitchen/living essentially unusable during the day because it's too hot. There is also no WiFi so unless you have AT&T you may not have service. Finally, the mattresses are really old. So, if you have a back injury or any issues with sleeping this may not be the place for you. Another thing not advertised, there is a separate studio apartment and a pull out couch- both queen, so the apartment can potentially fit 4 more people. However, those places don't have AC so we didn't utilize them. Overall, you can fit 7 people but only 3 would have air conditioning.

I did not want to leave ! The best resort ever ! My suite felt like home !! Amazing place to stay don’t think twice !!!

Our stay at the Oceanview property at Frenchman’s Bay was incredible! We stayed here from May 19 to 24, and it was perfect. The place was just like the photos. The rooms were spotless and beautifully kept, making it a truly relaxing escape. The host, Kurt, was excellent—very communicative and checked in often, so we always felt informed and never caught off guard. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with a stunning view and a responsive host, this is it. We would stay here again! Alice and family

Great stay

We loved our stay at Margaritaville. The resort was beautiful and the pools were relaxing. We enjoyed the live music at night. The laundry was free and the golf cart rides to our room were fun. The bed was so comfortable and we loved sitting out on our patio to watch the sunset in the evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Matt. We would love to stay in this paradise again in the future.
