The village of Saint Germain Laval is 5 km from the A89/A72 motorway, 45 minutes from Lyon or Clermont Ferrand and 30 minutes from Saint Etienne. Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

Elle est située à 20mn de la station du col de la loge (luge, raquettes, ski de fond), à 1h de Clermont, 1h de Lyon, 45mn de St Etienne et 20mn de Montbrison.

You will stay in part of a fully renovated old farmhouse, 5 minutes from the historic village of St Maurice. The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.

220 m² residence with 1 ha park that can accommodate 12 people with 5 bedrooms (9 beds including two extra beds), two bathrooms and a toilet, 3 toilets, a heated swimming pool, a petanque court, an outdoor dining room with barbecue and heated parasol. This house is monitored and has an alarm that will of course be stopped during rentals but which can be reactivated at the request of tenants if they are absent.
