The neighborhood is very quiet. The proximity of the neighbors (who share the garden) doesn't bother. These are seniors. The accommodation is nice. The living room/kitchen is beautiful, clean, well equipped. You can eat on the small terrace at the top of the stairs with a beautiful view of the Monts du Lyonnais. Despite the heat, the main room stays cool. The rooms are comfortable, quality mattress and king bed! The only downside is the toilets that are too small!

We stayed in the house of Ann and her husband due to a medical emergency that required us to be closer to Lyon. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was well explained. Ann was so sweet to ask if we had food. The cottage is equipped with all comforts, neat, cozy and incredibly clean! The view is beautiful and it is very quiet outside. We definitely recommend this location!

Amazing, quiet and relaxing location. Our hosts were accommodating and available for absolutely everything, they are very attentive. The accommodation is very comfortable and enjoys a beautiful landscape, the neighboring hens make very good eggs, ideal for relaxing and resting. We'll be back for sure!

Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden sheltered from view. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The 8th arrondissement is also worth a visit, with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse, 10 minutes' walk away, with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Frères Lumières museum will also take you on a journey with breathtaking architecture. No need for a car to do everything from this accommodation. We stayed in Frederique's cottage for two nights. It was very clean with an abundance of little extras to make our stay homely. Frederique was very welcoming to us and our border collie dog. The surroundings were very peaceful in a glorious setting with fabulous views.

A nice little place, well-equipped and perfectly arranged. Smell of new and clean when you walk in. We who are fond of large spaces were pleasantly surprised by the entire accommodation. A special mention for Emma who was super nice, friendly, with whom we immediately got along. She recommended restaurants and activities nearby. We arrived in the overwhelming heat, there was fresh water, coffee, tea available. Bed linen and towels provided. And the environment is very quiet despite being in the city center. We won't hesitate to come back. Thank you.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.
