Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Manuella is very responsive. had a great stay with our children. terrace in the back which is very nice for family meals.

Debbie and Christopher are very hospitable people, the apartment is cozy and we slept very well! The swimming pool is ideal as well as the view of the valley, the welcome package was very much appreciated. We received information about the region and market days. A little corner of heaven to discover in a very beautiful region. The accommodation is very welcoming and comfortable, there are many advantages: impeccable bedding, a really functional kitchen, a superb quiet garden where you can recharge, an accessible open-air swimming pool and above all quality hosts, very welcoming and enthusiastic to give useful advice on this very beautiful region, passionate about history and very attentive. An ideal setting for a successful vacation.

Had a fab family holiday, the house and pool were beautiful. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, but it's only a short walk into the town. A very hot week and a half, so the pool was well used every day! Someone came by every few days to put the pool cleaner machine in and to top up the water. Good size bedrooms and upstairs bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't use the lounge area very much as we were outdoors most of the time, but it was also beautifully decorated. Pasties on arrival were a welcome treat! Wouldn't hesitate to return for another holiday. Thank you Mamesse!

We loved our week at Patricia's place. The house is just extraordinary, hard to be more quiet. It's even more spectacular than pictured, we don't realize the size and beauty of the space. Patricia and her husband were kind as rare to find today. I recommend it blindly and even hope to be able to return one day.

If you’re looking for peace, solitude, beauty & nature then look no further than Vincent’s wonderful home , the views from the pool are spectacular, and the Gite itself is simply perfect, everything is finished to an impeccably high standard , Vincent is the perfect host , offering help when needed , he made us feel totally at ease from the moment we arrived but, gave us absolute privacy , we will definitely return & have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful place to others .

The apartment was exactly as it looked. It felt perfect for our stay and with very responsive hosts it made everything easy. Even with my engine blowing up on my car I was supported and advice given to allow me to get back to my destination after my stay. Could not recommend any higher if I tried.

The accommodation is located in the countryside, quiet; ideal for resting, even for a single night. The welcome by the owners was very friendly and having a cold beer in the refrigerator when we arrived was a nice little extra.

Pleasant accommodation in the city center and as described by the host. We found it easily with the directions provided and the parking space is a real advantage. We took advantage of the terrace and enjoyed being quiet. We recommend the place.

We had a great holiday as a couple. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks and a nice introductory babble. We got lots of tips on fun sights and pleasant day and night markets. The accommodation was equipped with everything needed. The wide choice of terraces, the steam oven and the heated swimming pool are great assets. Furthermore, there was smooth communication with the owners and were always ready for us where needed. In short, we had a great, relaxing and restful holiday!

We had a lovely stay. Accommodation as described, and very welcoming. Peaceful place to unwind, beautiful site and unlimited entertainment nearby at the end of the summer period. Responsive host and savvy tips that have allowed us to do more than we expected.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
