Le studio se situe au 1er étage, avec ascenseur, de la résidence sécurisée « Les Dunes de l’Ocean » et dispose d’une place de parking en sous-sol. Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

En front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès directement depuis le studio à une grande terrasse, non couverte. Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.
