Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Saitama

Hiroshi was an exceptional host. Everything we need is in the apartment. Although the building is a little bit old, it is easy to find and close to train stations, bus stops and many restaurants. Will definitely recommend Hiroshi’s place.

Ana was sooo so nice!! Super friendly and chatty it felt like she was my sweet auntie. I didn’t really consider that she was Chinese when but that was very fortunate bc I can’t speak Japanese and she can’t really speak English, so we got by on my really bad Chinese. Haha ! Anyways she was so accommodating and sweet as was her companion? Who also helped clean I think. She even did a load of laundry for me for 600 yen which was so nice. Other guests stayed there which confused me but I never saw them and the place was always SOOO CLEAN. The bed had a heated mattress pad and I never wanted to get out of bed lol. It was so peaceful compared to my previous hostel. The walk from the train to the Airbnb is very small-town vibes / cute . Really nice Change if you want a peaceful stay and a comforting host

Very satisfied with our stay. Close to station and lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a Family Mart. Very worth the price considering how much space the unit had - especially considering how much smaller places I had previously booked in Tokyo were. Hosts were timely in their response and communication barrier was mostly a non issue. Had an issue with the bidet not working but otherwise zero issues.

Yağmur yağıyordu diye planlarım iptal oldu ama buna değerdi. Harika insanlar tanıdım. Ev sahibim kadar düşünceli, nazik ve saygılı az insan tanıdım hayatım boyunca. Hangi dilde konuşursanız konuşun bir şekilde iletişim kurabiliyor. Asla bir yabancı değil. Evin jakuzisi harikaydı, mutfak ve balkonu ile diğer yerlere göre daha cazip, kendi yemeğimi kendim pişirmeyi seviyorum. Gece uzaktan tokyonun gökdelenleri parlıyor ve siz onları izlerken balkonda oturabiliyorsunuz. Yorucu bir tatilin içinde huzurlu ve tertemiz bir vaha.

Me senti como en casa, la anfitriona excepcional, siempre atenta y preocupada por solucionar cualquier anomalía. Tuve problemas con mi vuelo al llegar y me espero de madrugada para recibirme. Me ayudo desde el momento que reserve con rápidas respuestas, proporcionándome todo lo que necesitaba e incluso se encargo de entregar mi equipaje para trasladarlo otra ciudad al dejar su hospedaje. La habitación era amplia, muy luminosa, cama grande, cómoda con cajones y armario de uso privado. Todo impecable, ella se encargaba de la limpieza diaria! El piso esta en una planta 5 pero hay ascensor. Aunque esta algo alejado del centro, tiene estación de metro cercana, supermercados, restaurantes…ect! Me volveré a hospedar sin duda, si regreso a Tokio! Muuuuy recomendando

The price and what you get is really good. For my first visit in Tokio i did not account for how far everything is away. But i can definitely recommend.

這次在日本的住宿體驗非常愉快！房東非常熱情好客，入住和退房的過程都非常順利。房子整潔乾淨，設備齊全，周邊環境安靜便利，離車站也很近。

The property is located in a convenient, lovely residential neighborhood near a Western-style supermarket "Life,” which stocks the most fresh and delicious food. As vegetarians, that supermarket was a great delight to us. A city museum, shops, restaurants, and a train station are all within short walking distance. The environment is quiet and peaceful, ideal for our needs. It is also worth noting that there is a beautifully landscaped green belt just in front of the home. It was a delightful experience every time we stepped outside and saw those lush plants and flowers. Moritaka, greeted us with a sweet note, tasty cookies, and hand-folded origami good luck cranes. The house is very clean and new, with a modern Japanese vibe and all of the required conveniences to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to enjoy a true Japanese style of neighborhood and hospitality!

友人5名で利用させていただきました。 自然に囲まれた一棟貸しのため、プライベート空間でゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。 内装はリノベーションされており、暖炉やレトロなスピーカーなどがあり、おしゃれで落ち着ける空間でした。 野外には焚き火スペースやバーベキューコンロがあり、アウトドアも楽しめました。 オーナー様も親しみやすく、事前の利用マニュアルの共有や到着時には電話で丁寧な説明があり、安心して利用することができ、アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトにも快くご対応いただけました。 また是非リピートさせていただきたいです。

We have spent good time with my friends and the place was very nice, clean. Most importantly, the host ls very friendly and he even come and check us few times and have us some gifts too. Highly recommended

とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ホストの方は急な予約にもかかわらず、すぐに返信・対応してくださり、丁寧で安心感がありました。直前の依頼にも柔軟に応じていただき、本当に助かりました。 お部屋は写真のとおり清潔で、使いやすく快適な空間でした。 赤羽駅から徒歩15分ほど。駅前は居酒屋や地元のお店が立ち並ぶにぎやかなエリアで、下町の雰囲気が楽しめます。一方で宿の周辺は落ち着いた住宅街にあり、夜はとても静かに過ごせました。徒歩圏内で“赤羽のにぎわい”と“静かな暮らしやすさ”の両方を楽しめる立地は、とても魅力的です。 玄関前には階段があり、夜にはライトアップされていて、明るく迎えてくれるような雰囲気が印象的でした。細やかな気配りに、おもてなしの心を感じました。 立地・清潔さ・ホストの対応、どれをとっても素晴らしく、また赤羽に来る際にはぜひ再訪したいと思える宿です。
