You can stay with peace of mind because it is a private building. 25 minutes on foot from Kamakura Station, In front of the bus stop, 5 minutes by bus from Kamakura Station. 1-minute walk to Zaikai Coast. It is a renovated old private house. There is also a kitchen and garden where you can enjoy cooking and BBQs. There is a hot water shower outside, so you can come back from the sea in your swimsuit.
