We came from Istanbul and had a magnificent day with family children and friends in Terra house. First of all, the hosts, Mr. Salih and his wife are very valuable, kind and friendly people ; they welcomed us very warmly and answered our questions sincerely, their house was already one of the most beautiful villas I went to in terms of visual architecture and comfort, so I travel a lot because of my work; every corner was furnished with pleasure, the garden is very spacious , the pool has an incredibly warm and never cold system even under the rain. The children did not leave the pool, my daughter cried from the house when she left🫠; we would have liked to stay for at least 3 days if we did not have a time problem one day, we 🤍 now have a place for our next trip to Sapanca 🙏🏻

The house was extremely comfortable, clean and as it appeared in the very attentive photos. Especially the hot pool experience was very enjoyable. We felt at home in a quiet, peaceful environment. The host Mr. Fethi was very caring and hospitable, he explained every detail completely. He repeatedly stated that he could help with everything. Ms. Arzu and her husband met us very nicely and responded to our every need right away. There was no problem with privacy, but since other bungolovs are next to each other, conversations and sounds can be heard very clearly. There was no problem for us. The temperature of the pool was very good. There was a problem with the electricity at night, but they were helpful even in the morning. Overall, we were satisfied.

We had the opportunity to stay in a wonderful house full of peace, surrounded by nature. Everything was as beautiful as in the photos, even more beautiful. Silence, cleanliness and comfort were literally beyond our expectations. The host, Mr. Celil, was also extremely polite, understanding and helpful. Mr. Orhan was a very desirable and helpful person. I can definitely say that the house is much nicer than the ones in the view. The ambiance of the balcony and the view is not to be forgotten.

I spent one unforgettable night at this place in Sapanca, and it was truly a dream. The location is absolutely perfect – nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by trees, and it feels like you're staying in the middle of a forest. It’s private, peaceful, and gives you a real sense of escape. The pool was warm and clean, and the entire place was spotless. They’ve thought of every little detail – from basic necessities to even providing a prayer rug and hijab, which I found incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Edrinc and his wife were amazing hosts. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly. Even the smallest questions were answered immediately with kindness and patience. Everything about the stay was special – the place, the atmosphere, and especially the hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway. And for sure, every time I visit Sapanca again, this will be the place I choose to stay.
