Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not empty enough to feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. For those who are sensitive about this, the pool can be easily entered. Its decoration is beautiful enough to stand out among other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food supplies, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

We are very satisfied with this facility where we came and stayed in as an alternative to the bungalow houses. The structure we could call the main structure(where the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen are located) were not large but adequate. There was 1 air conditioner and 1 fireplace in the structure that looked like a tent to adjust the temperature. We slept warmly with only the air conditioning on the cool 2 nights. We loved this structure, which is very aesthetic both from the inside and outside. The outdoor seating area and heated pool are also covered using a transparent Mika-like material with an igloo concept. In this way, they turned the seating area into a winter garden where you can sit on cold evenings without covering the view, and a great area where you can use the heated pool independent of the season and rainfall and swim in warm water. For example, the rain storm was not missing on the dates we stayed, but we were able to take advantage of all the facilities. Definitely a place I would recommend.

I had reservations about staying in Sapanca for a long time. I'm so glad I chose Rıdvan Bey's house. We stayed in a wonderfully planned house with nature, respectful of where it is located. We were very satisfied with everything, thank you very much for your interest and approach to the host

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the Geyikli mansion very happy, we are planning our next trip.

We thank Ms. Sevim and her husband very much. I went with my 3 children, and as soon as she saw them, she explained with a mother's affection what they might need and what I should pay attention to. He was a very sincere, friendly person who knew and introduced the house very well and was always there for us when we needed him. He is a person who can even bring us roasted meat because it is a holiday. My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.

It is a business with a nice location, but if you do not have a vehicle, you will be stranded and you may have difficulties. The business was very relevant and helpful. It was raining when we went and the barbecue in the open area was unusable, but the management allowed us to use the barbecue at the reception. The house was clean and tidy, and we had no problems in this regard. But the water in the apartment we stayed in was unpressurized and yellow, I don't know if it was a problem specific to that day or if it was always like that, but it was still nice. It is a nice place to go with friends or family. Finally, do your grocery shopping before you go or the grocery store or market is a little far away.
