A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. We are absolutely delighted with Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical devices worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning to be disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex were quiet, so everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks available, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dogs and no mosquitoes at the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonable in price. There is a shuttle service to the "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where shopping is located. Taxis are in front of the complex or use the GRAVE or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

The room is super clean, comfy, spacious with a beautiful mountain view. The location is great so the beach and shops are all in walking distance. You will have 7/11, massage, money exchanges at the door step. Great stay - thank you Bente.

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

If you're dreaming of rebooting, this is the place to be. Quiet as grandmother in the village. All shops are available. Exchangers, cafes. The main plus I slept very well. I haven't had this in a while. Good energy by the apartment. Recommendations to future customers - Take care of this apartment. This is a new complex. There were even bathrobes. Cozy and comfortable. The bonus was YouTube. Smart TV 💪💪💪 thank you. Great value. Next year for sure.

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

it was great view from the Balcony. Easy to find out this building. 2 major shopping mall just behind the building, there is a shortcut road to connect the mall. Bangla Road is just few minutes from the building. overall it was awesome. it's highly recommend for 4 people.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)
