Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Salem County

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend while visiting family, and couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. I came with my husband and our 4-month-old, and the space was perfect for us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so we got a bit of a workout with the baby gear, but the peacefulness and great location made it totally worth it. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood—with outdoor security cameras and a designated parking spot (a little tight, but appreciated!). We loved being able to walk to Scout Coffee for excellent iced lattes and breakfast sandwiches. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and super responsive. They thoughtfully provided a Mamaroo bouncer, which our baby absolutely loved. They also offered a pack ’n play if we needed it. The place was exactly as described—very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with coffee, snacks, trash bags, and more. The only small thing we missed was a pair of scissors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again

Melissa’s home was as advertised; spacious, quit, and was the perfect spot to be able to get around Delaware and to Philly. We appreciate you so much! Oh and I hope Bob got his package !

A wonderful Airbnb! Beautifully decorated & maintained with a classy antique meets modern aesthetic. Clean, comfy, great temperature regulation, amazing beds! Room for all of us too be in the house and have space as needed. Lovely hosts. Neighborhood felt super safe, plenty to do and yummy places to eat nearby and within a 30 min drive. We could not have asked for anything better for our stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have extended our trip! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the heated pool—it made a big difference. Bebe was a responsive and helpful host, quickly addressing any questions we had and even allowing us to install an app on the Fire Stick so we could stream from our devices. She also resolved a minor pool heat issue on the first day with no hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location and amenitires of this Air B&B were wonderful. We loved the on-site parking, the spaciousness of the place, and the washer and dryer. We had everything that we could want. The only problem is the noise from the street. It starts very early in the morning so wear ear plugs at night or plan to rise early.

Very clean and modern. Spacious and comfortable. Easy to use key pad to allow flexible checkin. Private off-street parking directly at front door. High speed WiFi. Comfortable bedding.

clean, great a/c, wonderful water pressure and hot water. comfortable couch and the mattress felt new. lots of space for luggage. felt safe and secure in the family oriented neighborhood. easy access to Philly for sightseeing. would definitely stay again

I cannot recommend Regina and her place enough! She was incredibly proactive before and during my stay, often reaching out to ensure everything was set. Her kindness and friendliness made me feel right at home, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience. The space itself was great! It was cozy and exactly as described. It’s clear that she cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Jeff's for a week in a work trip. The apartment was clean, easy to find, and in a fantastic location—walking distance to offices, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It was perfect for a work trip. A couple of things to keep in mind: parking can be a bit tricky late at night, as nearby garages tend to be closed, and the bedroom lets in a fair bit of light even with the blinds and curtains closed. Otherwise, a very solid stay.

If you want a walkable neighborhood for night life and amenities then Trolley Square is the place to be in Wilmington. This place was close to all the stuff we wanted to do. Even downtown wasn’t that far of a walk detouring through Brandywine Park. We enjoyed our stay.

This place fit our needs perfectly. It was within my budget and still was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and there were clear instructions. So much better than getting a hotel room to attend family events.

The location was very good, walkable to a beautiful park, a lovely river walk and a zoo! Easy car ride to stores and some of Wilmigton's best tourist sites.

Great location, just off the highway, had no problem finding a spot to park. Very clean unit, Each bedroom had its own bath, which is a bonus. Kitchen clean and updated Walked to Coterie Cafe, for breakfast! Very small place, very friendly and the food was wonderful, just a couple blocks away! Will stay again if we get back to the area!

Great service overall, Quick responses, Helpful, understanding, a Clean space and felt right at home. Will definitely be booking again ‼️

This is my second time staying at one of Chris’s places, and I must say, I had a great experience. My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights & it was amazing! It smelled incredible every time we walked in. The space was very clean and cozy. Chris was very responsive to our questions and accommodated us with check in. The ONLY thing we had a bit of trouble with was getting in & out of the parking spot, since we have a large van and the parking space was a bit of an awkward spot. Besides that, we loved the location and were very happy with our stay.

Me and my daughter stayed for a few days and me and her loved it definitely will be back when I’m in town thanks again

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

The whole experience was far more than expected.Lee had an amazing time and love to use this place again
