Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salem

The home was awesome, and Matthew was a tremendous host. He met us upon check in and made himself available for any questions or suggestions about the house or the area! His home is a charming older Victorian home; way cooler than other Air BNBs we have stayed in - Tons of character. It also easily accommodated our larger family group for our son's wedding. I highly recommend Matthew and this home!

Aimee’s home was an amazing stay for our weekend in Salem! It had everything we needed for our family getaway and more! The game room & hot tub provided a relaxing evening of quality time together! Would 100% stay again!

This was my time doing Airbnb. Beautiful home with lots to do! Easy access to everything such as grocery store, gas station and local restaurants. Very kid friendly, good size yard. We really enjoyed playing volleyball. Getting in and out the drive way was easier than we anticipated especially since it’s on the Main Street. Thank you for the great experience.

We loved our stay, the grounds are beautiful and quiet. The cabin is super cute and comfortable. I'm planning to stay again as soon as I have the chance.

Christa is a topnotch host. The house was exactly as listed plus it had extra amenities that we did not expect. It was very relaxing to sit on the back patio for coffee in the morning or to end the day. Nice home, great location to so many things and little towns close by. Clean, and set up nicely. If someone needs to work remotely, the primary suite has a really nice built in desk and additional monitors for working..just bring your laptop and plug it in. Just a notation for individuals with knee issues: 1) the living room area has extremely comfortable furniture, but it's very low to the ground so could be an issue for some. However, I found myself sitting at the nice big dining room table with lovely cushioned chairs that were comfortable for me. 2) Be aware that bathroom toilets are low (I'm personally use to raised toilets). Everything worked nicely and nothing was wrong with any of it...simply a personal notation for anyone traveling that does have some concerns about knee problems. Meloni was very responsive, easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Definitely a nice place to stay.

We stayed there for two night and it was very comfortable and quiet. We all had enough room and even a very spacious outside area. Overall 5 stars!! He communicated very well and responded fast.

Thank you for being such a wonderful host and making your place feel welcome and cozy like I’m in my own home! Katherine’s place is perfect for a couple or smaller family, located in a nice and safe neighborhood but close to lots of stores. The room was very clean and you can tell she thoroughly thought of everything and have them labeled. There were maps and recommendations to restaurants and surrounding attractions, and if you’re in the mood for a workout there are yoga mat and weights. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider Katherine’s place again when we’re in town.

We had a lovely stay at Adrienne’s place in Happy Valley, Oregon! Adrienne and his wife are such a sweet and welcoming couple—it truly felt great meeting them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning balcony views and a refreshing breeze that made our time there extra special. The space was well-equipped with snacks and all the utensils we needed for dining, which was a thoughtful touch. When we requested it, they kindly helped us by setting up a portable air conditioning unit, which made our stay even more comfortable. They also baked and shared delicious muffins with us, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful location, a cozy and well-maintained home, and such kind hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Happy Valley area!

I loved staying and Kimberly Lynn's Airbnb in Sheridan. Her and her co-host husband Mike were fabulous hosts! The view from the unit and the huge deck looking out on the field were great for sitting and watching the birds while drinking my morning coffee. It was so peaceful there! I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb should your travels take you to the Sheridan area. It isn't far from Lincoln City or Salem. The kitchen had everything a person would need to make a quick meal and there was also a huge 70" TV if you wanted to watch TV. I would definitely stay again at Kimberly Lynn's apartment should I ever be in the Sheridan area.

After staying back in 2021, this second visit felt like coming home (if home had windows that looked out in the the forest canopy and everything neat and tidy.) I just love the the view, the space itself, the trails, and above all the quiet! Susan is a responsive, friendly host who also feels to me like a guardian of the privacy.

Bear Lodge was perfect! I highly recommend it — accommodations were impeccable and outside space peaceful and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. Everything we hoped for and MORE!

Great location in SE Portland. Very comfortable bed. Towels and linens first class. Very private. Super clean. Great walk-in shower. Will definitely book again when returning to Portland.

I love that you have a great pet policy. It's hard to find some place that takes cats. I didn't bring mine, but good to know if there is a next time. Place was quiet and private and had what we needed for our stay. Thank you!

This is quaint little place above a wood workshop, but don’t worry, it’s very quiet! Beautiful surroundings and very enjoyable to just sit outside on the deck. Jessica is extremely accommodating and responsive! Being from Las Vegas, we were a bit chilly at night and Jessica willingly provided us with extra blankets. Some of the furniture is a little small, but overall it was comfortable enough. The extra bedroom is very dark with the lights off, which was fine for our daughter. The shower is small, but it gets the job done. There are restaurants and stores within a short driving distance. Jessica’s dogs will greet you when you arrive. They may bark, but they are harmless. The female lab was happy to spend some quality time with us in the room. There are plenty of dishes and silverware provided if you are eating in. All instructions are clear and concise and very easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider reserving it again!

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

This apartment is in a great location with an great view of the River. we enjoyed sitting and watching the sailboats in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing food. Checkout was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This place was the perfect location for me. I love the proximity of the Riverwalk river walk. I also thought the little patio outside was a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Portland.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great location with walkable restaurants and a tap room. Very close to portland state university and a nice upscale supermarket. I would stay again.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house was wonderful and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Close to Portland/the surrounding suburbs but set back from the street with lots of trees, so you end up forgetting you’re next to the city. The host was super friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. We would absolutely stay here again.
