We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location was very convenient for visiting our family and you can walk to everything in the little downtown. The added bonus was the river right there - just lovely! Thank you!

Really a top-notch visit! Simple, yet beautifully chic. Super clean with all the necessities. Breathtaking views, even saw a doe with its fawn in the meadow. Perfect weekend had by all! Greatly appreciate the hospitality! A+ for sure!

Charming older home. Upstairs floor, some stairs to negotiate. Quiet walkable neighborhood,enjoying the architecture of the area. Close to restaurants and fast food. Host Sarah is professional and friendly. Our stay included Bella, our 11 pounds dog that was welcomed to Sarah’s place. We recommend this apt. if your plans take you to Oneida. Scott,Karen, &🐾.

We were in town for a concert at Beak & Skiff and Tom and Lisa’s place was absolutely perfect. Easy check in, parking space, and peaceful surroundings. The apartment was actually bigger than we thought - a nice area to relax, kitchen with basic amenities. The bed was really comfortable! We only wish that we could have stayed longer to explore the beautiful surroundings. Thank you Tom and Lisa!

Larraine was an outstanding host—very cooperative and accommodating to our needs. We had originally booked her place for two and a half months for my son’s internship, but plans changed when his company allowed him to work remotely. As a result, he no longer needed the accommodation for the full duration. When I reached out to Larraine to explain the change, she was incredibly understanding and guided us through the early check-out process with ease. I highly recommend her place. The second floor, with its abundance of windows and natural light, was especially enjoyable. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars and a nice neighborhood.

Fantastic place and worked great. Was able to get out and do a few runs around the beautiful countryside. The breakfast was a fun treat and really good that I wasn’t expecting.

Worth staying in for sure. Felt very safe, the town itself is very quiet so there’s never any traffic. You can walk to a restaurant, market, and store from your place!

Place was fantastic. The perfect size for one to two people, a little cramped for more but doable. Ryan, the owner was extremely friendly and very communicative. Check-in was a breeze. Had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, fresh linens and things like cleaning supplies. Full kitchen of the basic necessities for cooking. Only a mini fridge so plan accordingly. Location is excellent and central in town. quick access to the highways and a short drive to the lake, casino, Syracuse and finger lakes region. Also happens to be located to the best barber in town! Looking forward to my next stay there!

2nd stay at Dylan’s place with another good experience. Super clean and quiet. I Feel safe in the neighborhood walking around in daytime. And I sleep well during the day since I work night shift

The location is lovely and the apartment is very cute and has all you need for a short stay. Very quiet and private and Derek and Luga are very personable. I enjoyed my stay.

Great place with easy access to the city. The porch was a great place to hang out when we weren’t out sight seeing.

Beth’s apartment matched its description to a “T” as a comfortable, clean and well-equipped lodging space in Tully, NY. I couldn’t have been happier with this accommodation and recommended it highly. I certainly plan to book in the future.

Appreciated that this was available and the price wasn't hiked up for Syracuse graduation, like many places. Neighborhood is not fancy, but close to what we needed. Using the upstairs and downstairs listings is a good option for more than 2 in a group.

Beautiful property with everything that I needed. It was exactly as described. Beth was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay (not that we needed to communicate much during the stay).

Every time I come to Fulton for a weekend I check to see if Richard’s place is available. It’s always clean and in a great location. I visit family and friends when I come to town and Richard’s place is the only place I stay at. I’ve stayed here 4 times upstairs and downstairs. Sometimes renting both the upstairs and downstairs 🙂 The location is great! Highly recommend

Clean and comfortable! Building itself seemed clean and well maintained as well. Stefan was super responsive and helpful! Very grateful to be able to find a place to accommodate my pets. Parking in the lot across the street was also convenient and affordable. Close to a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and easy highway access to get everywhere else. Overall had a great stay!

This place is amazing! Everything you need right here. Super close to all the local hospitals. Nice, quiet, and clean. I also feel safe traveling as a female alone. And the hosts are incredibly nice and are very responsive. I highly recommend this place.
