Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. It is in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

Mercedes is very attentive to the residents: delicious pastries on arrival, all the good restaurant addresses. Do not hesitate to stop in this pretty village.

If you’re thinking of booking Ethel’s beautiful home- do not hesitate & book immediately! I have traveled many places & this was by far my best stay- I have never experienced a place quite like this When we arrived, Ethel greeted us with so much love & warmth. She made us feel right at home immediately. She then welcomed us into her beautiful home & showed us around her garden/ yard. The garden is stunning, flowers everywhere & overlooking a gorgeous river with mountain views. I mean you genuinely couldn’t imagine a more gorgeous scenery The home is just as beautiful & immaculate modern appliances, the MOST comfortable bed & everything you could wish for Her home is in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by wildlife. There is no street noise whatsoever. It’s walkable to the main city area with lively restaurants & it’s a close drive to Picos De Europa But the star of the show is Ethel- she is the absolute best. So warm, welcoming, filled with love& makes you feel right at home

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

Great place and suitable for going with family, couples and friends. The house is in perfect condition and very well prepared, very detailed and attentive owner. There are areas for picnics and pleasant walks in the surroundings, plenty of parking nearby, well connected to the center. Highly recommended

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was great! Ana Rosa and her husband are great! All facilities and details. The house is a fairy tale in the middle of nature, it looks like it's out of a decoration magazine! The stay was magnificent, we will return without hesitation, thank you very much! 😃😊

Was perfect for our family with 2 small children, very centrally located, immaculately clean, and was the only place we stayed in while in Spain that had a pack and play, which was phenomenal!

Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

In general, the stay was very good, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and their recommendations on the routes and things to do were very accurate and good. I recommend it to spend a few quiet days away from the city

It's hard to describe briefly - it's a really cozy house for the time of your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, so we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very pleasant and responsive host. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which helped a lot. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. There is no dishwasher in the house, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you have a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing in this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you very much and 100% excellent accommodation.

The apartment is very nice and a phenomenal view. We also enjoyed the pool very much, although it was still a bit cool. The apartment is well furnished and we felt very comfortable. Juanjo also lives on the property, speaks good English, is very nice and helps quickly! We felt very comfortable and would also like to come back one day.

This is a lovely modern apartment with spectacular views from every window. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The apartment is very central with easy walking to many attractions including the beautiful beach. The hosts met us at the car park and helped us to the apartment with our luggage. They were very kind and helpful. A great stay!

Angel's apartment met all our expectations. It was easily accessible (10 minutes walk from Oviedo station), comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We recommend it!

Begona's apartment in Cangas de Onis is charming and felt like a home. The view from the kitchen window was divine so I spent a lot of time sitting there looking out over the hills. Supermarkets, shops of all kinds, cafes, restaurants, the Roman Bridge and the markets were all within a very easy walk. The kitchen had loads of pots and pans which was great and the place was spotless. Having a parking spot in the garage was really handy because there isn't much parking in town. We had trouble with the electronic key link that was sent to my phone but that was probably me not being very tech savvy. There was a set of physical key once we were inside but a second set would have made it easier for oldies like us. All up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Begona's home in Cangas and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Covadonga Lakes and other nearby places while having a home base rather than a hotel.

The communication was very easy and fluid, Isabel was very kind and flexible with the arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and is certainly a quiet place to rest. It is perfectly parked in the area and has plenty of services nearby, I would definitely repeat.

Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
