This place is absolutely lovely!!!

Cute little apartment! Everything was clean and the kitchen was furnished with plenty for cooking. Bed was comfy, there were enough towels and there was a good amount of storage for travelers coming for a few weeks at a time. Bathroom was small as mentioned in the listing but fully functional, clean, and furnished with several hygiene products like shampoo, floss, etc. Will definitely be back! Thank y'all!

Jennifer was a great host. She had many suggestions for places to eat. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing. The area was walkable and had many historic homes and a park. We felt safe there. Please be aware that there is a fire station a couple of blocks away so occasionally there were sirens in the middle of the night. Otherwise the Mills-Davis House was wonderful and Jennifer is a fantastic host.

Great place in Little Rock

We’re a traveling work family with younger children. Kristy’s place was safe and more than adequate to home us for our stay. The host is great and responsive. These places are our home away from home. All the basic amenities were provided for upon initial entry. Husband worked nights. The window shades are not black out but they are definitely dimming and he rested well. The home is comfortable and not over cluttered. Plenty of towels at our disposal. Cleaning products to clean up after ourselves. It was a peaceful, easy experience. Thank you for trusting us with your home.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! This is an amazing place! It’s so quiet, has tons of amenities, luxurious accommodations, a super nice and helpful host, and a gorgeous wall of windows with a lake view. Lots of nice stainless cookware is available, in multiple sizes. The kayaks are a blast and a great perk! Life vests are provided. The lake is small enough to kayak around the whole thing in an hour or two (it has 3 or so branches) and it’s not busy at all—there was rarely anyone outside during our summer stay. It felt like we had the lake all to ourselves. Roxanne was great and gave us some really good recommendations of activities happening around HSV (Hot Springs Village). She was always so nice and very responsive. One thing to note is this is a basement suite so sometimes you can hear footsteps upstairs. If you can hear them, why are you inside anyway? You should be out kayaking and swimming!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house. We enjoyed it so much that we had to come back!!! It was my sister’s first time staying and she LOVED IT! The house is great for hanging out enjoying family, playing games, and just relaxing!!! I would highly recommend staying to everyone!

Never have I been to a place out of my home state and instantly felt at home. Erin’s house is one of the coziest places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at! A beautiful kitchen with plenty of space and most importantly, very clean!

We are return guests! Simply love her house. Perfect for us and our pet when we are in town to visit family. Calm neighborhood, nice yard and well furnished. Happy guests :)

Beautiful home, felt very quiet and peaceful. Everything made us feel right at home. The only thing was the walk to the dock was steep, but doable. We had lots of fun on the lake with the canoes. Also, we appreciated all the accommodations for little ones since we had our grandchildren (2y & 6y) with us.

This stay was awesome! Really enjoyed the privacy and atmosphere.

The pictures does this house no justice. It was so beautiful and the ceilings in the bathroom omg I loved it. The host was great. 10/10 Definitely Recommend. The beds are so comfortable and the Kitchen is everything.

Everett was great to work with. Unit was very clean. Furniture was nice but not very cozy. For us it was fine because we were out & about more than staying in. Beds were very comfy. Towels & linens & blankets & bedspreads so soft and pretty! Tub was awesome. Showers were very very small. Views are gorgeous! Neighborhood very quiet & safe. Walls are thin--Can hear people in next unit... Fortunately our neighbors were only noisy when first arriving and otherwise kept quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay & we would come again in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace & fire pit!

Kimberly’s condo was a perfect getaway for a few days. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location on Lake Hamilton. We paddle board, swam and met friendly vacationers along the way. Our pups absolutely love the lake life and enjoyed the warm water each day we were there. Thank you for having us!! We’ll look forward to a return visit in the future!

Russ’s place was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding. Everything we needed to get to was in a 15 minute drive. Loved it.

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Carrie’s place. It was spotless and the view was beautiful! The condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had an issue with the bathtub not draining properly on the first morning of our stay. I messaged Carrie and she had someone out to fix it by the time we came back from lunch. That’s A+ service! We would without a doubt stay here again, it was phenomenal!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!
