Peaceful house with free parking

Very peaceful and calm house with free parking, a lovely little garden and a cat. 10km's outside Cork city central and there is no public transport so you need a car. This is my home and I rent it out when I am away so you have the whole place to yourself. You also have to be ok with my cat living there, she looks after herself but needs her food refilled once a day. If thats not your thing, please don't book, thanks :-) I've made it a more affordable price on account of this.

We live above the flat which is accessed via a lot of steps to the south facing garden. The flat is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or children.
