Our stay was great!!! It is a beautiful older style house. Very unique especially due to the location in the city center. Everything is within walking distance, has a garage if you rent a car, and tour pickups are right next door. Wonderful place!

Everything is very warm, comfortable and simple. All photos match the real thing and are in good condition. The yard and the internal garage were very important for those of us who ride bikes. For my taste a very nice and spacious house with great views in a quiet villa settlement. Everything was very clean upon arrival, we felt very comfortable immediately. We also particularly enjoyed the extremely comfortable bed and the cozy seating area in the garden. Everything was ideal for our needs. Federico and his wife are good-hearted, very likeable and uncomplicated hosts. Always friendly helpful. It was a pleasure to have met them. We really enjoyed the week there and can 100% recommend it to anyone who likes to be quiet with their own car and have no problem driving up to the city center of Salta for 20-30 minutes.

Would really recommend this place. The apartment was roomy, had all listed anemities and looked even better in real life than in the photos. Location is also great, it is 5 minute walk away from a Alto Noa shopping centre and 10 minutes to the heart of Salta. Also, the host was friendly and very quick to reply. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Maria Laura's, we extended our previous stay. We reviewed her apartment in a previous review. I would like to add that previous review due to heavy rains there was some staining of paint on the bedroom ceiling and living room wall. The location of this apartment is excellent for exploring Salta.

The accommodation was really perfect for the 4 travelers we are. The accommodation is clean, modern and comfortable. It is located in the center of Salta so easy to access with an underground parking space. The quality report is truly excellent. Their only downside was the sound insulation of the windows but nothing to worry about 😌

Everything turned out very well as we expected, Maximiliano and his wife were always aware of everything, they recommended places in which we were able to visit some and by time we were not able to visit others, but this we will leave for next year probably. I 100% recommend her single environment home, which I must say is in a too nice and quiet sector and that the best thing is that it connects with different places to visit. Very nice area, with everything accessible on foot with gastronomic places such as the Patio de la Emapanada and the iconic Balderrama Peña a meters from the apartment. An area with life and activity but which in turn allows you to rest at night. It complies with everything clarified in the publication, a nice place to stay and tour Salta solo or as a couple.
