The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. The barn was originally used to house milking cows so the beams have been retained in all the rooms to maintain the character of the barn. The cottage is located in Eldwick, Bingley near Baildon and Ilkley Moors and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales, Bronte Country, the airport, Leeds and Bradford. Dogs are welcome

The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
