The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.

Doc & Amy's Downstairs R&B Studio

This studio has a very classy yet groovy feel, the main colors are Red & Black. Originally this was going to be a room for our pool table. So it gives off that feel with the tile on the walls, the sporty bathroom (with a urinal), the lighting in the room, and a very nice sound system. We are excited to share this awesome space with you. If you are traveling with other persons there is another similarly well equipped space upstairs.
