The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. It’s the perfect retreat to get away from the madness of modern day life. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes).
