Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Take a walk through the maintained golf course neigborhood park with your dogs, cook in the full kitchen, work remotely, or dine in Willow Creek, moments away.

Relaxing Riverside Retreat (hot tub and waterfall)

Our house sits on a 5-acre property and is very quiet and protected. The property and house are ideal for family gatherings, friend getaways, or a tranquil couple's retreat. Enjoy your time relaxing and reading in the sun, swimming in the river, playing lawn games (cornhole, croquet), or a friendly game of pool. It sits at the highest point in Trinity village with amazing mountain views. beautiful decks with an outdoor seating area & grill that looks over the pool so you can watch the kids. Pool deck for relaxing down below as well. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.
