Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Apartment 2 by Pension Ballwein

Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Our apartment Sonnleit invites you to linger and feel good. Your vacation in the middle of the mountains overlooking the high Salve and Itter Castle. In the middle of nature and yet only a few minutes by car to the entrance to the ski world of Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Skiwelt Kitzbühler Alpen / Hexenwasser / Ellmis Zauberwelt and much more, perfect for the whole family. Of course, it's also a true hiking paradise in summer. Arrive, feel good and relax in nature.

Laberer vacation home

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You'll love my place because it's in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the views. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) There is only one public Wi-Fi in the house, but it can only be used to a limited extent! For each pet, €15/night is to be paid!
