Spacious, cozy garden apartment with fantastic views of the Salzburg Untersberg. The bright, friendly apartment is on the first floor with a Mediterranean terrace that immediately awakens vacation feelings. In the beautiful, large garden, a stream flows directly past the property, which invites you to cool off. In the bedroom is a large double bed. 1 sofa bed is located in the living room if more than 2 guests are staying. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.
