The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You'll love my place because it's in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the views. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) There is only one public Wi-Fi in the house, but it can only be used to a limited extent! For each pet, €15/night is to be paid!

We have renovated the annex of the Pension Ballwein and converted the former guest rooms into 4 high-quality apartments. All apartments are located on the second floor and each have a balcony. Accommodation in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a beautiful landscape with private entrance. It is a converted barn on a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). On request, additional guests can be accommodated in the large studio or in the tiny house.
