Holiday rentals with beach access in Samana Bay

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Maruscha war eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Apartment war großzügig, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was wir brauchten. Das Highlight für uns war die große, überdachte und möblierte Terrasse mit dem Grill. Prima war auch, dass uns Maruscha während des Aufenthaltes immer volle 20-Liter Trinkwasserspender kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Das Apartment wurde nach 1 Woche Aufenthalt kostenfrei gereinigt und Wäschewechsel vorgenommen wurde. In dem 4-stöckigen Apartmenthaus gibt es einen kleinen Aufzug, was wir sehr nützlich fanden. Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Es ist ruhig und entspannend. Strände und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten!!

Mi familia y yo quedamos fascinados con el lugar, en especial mi niño de 5 años con el área de entrenamiento que tienen en el patio . Nos encantó todo muy bello y fascinante .

Vista hermosa, espectacular e inigualable! Como Dominicana que soy, puedo decir que es de lo más bello que puedes ver en RD. Nos encanta Vista Mare! El apartamento de Yris tiene una se las mejores vistas :) es un anfitrión muy amable y activo, está pendiente a tu estadía y comodidad. Sin duda un lugar excelente para pasarlo en familia. Muchas toallas y sábanas, lavadora!… Hay que tomar en cuenta que no tiene mucho espacio para poner tu ropa o cosas, tiene 1 solo baño, utensilios en la cocina muy limitados o pocos. Cuenta con un restaurante (calidad media) y piscina con vistas hermosísimas. Hemos comido muchos mangos gratis, ya que caen del árbol cuando es temporada:) La playa es simplemente maravillosa, es totalmente privada y aguas limpias! Sillas y mucha sombra para pasarla bien en familia. Puedes visitar: playa las galeras, playa rincón/ caño frío, la playita/Javo Beach (mi favorita). Excursiones recomendadas: Cayo Levantado, Los Haitises. Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location within the marina/resort was stunning, and the view from the deck was absolutely incredible—such a peaceful spot to relax. The apartment itself was thoughtfully outfitted, with nice touches like bathrobes, and the high wooden ceilings added a lovely sense of space and warmth. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay—comfortable, well-appointed, and in a truly beautiful setting. Highly recommend!

O espaço é lindo, vc saí do apartamento e já estará na praia. O apartamento tem uma energia muito boa que acolhe fazendo com que vc se sinta em casa. Juan que foi o responsável por nós receber é muito simpático e mostrou sempre disposição para nos ajudar no que fosse preciso. Sugiro que levem alimentos para se cozinhar porque o espaço está em um lugar bem tranquilo, não estando próximo de restaurantes, mercearias. Com certeza eu recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar neste local

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home in a safe, friendly, and very walkable area with lots to do. The hosts are proactive, communicative, and helpful. There was a person on site ready to welcome us in and show us to how to use the door locks. Someone also provided us information about affordable excursions. My family and I had such a great time! When we return to Samaná again (because we loved it!), we will return to this home. Thank you so much!

We’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful and best-located home we’ve ever rented. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man findet alles in der Küche was man zum kochen benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Auch der Manager Jannis vor Ort, hilft bei allem. Großes Danke für seinen Einsatz heute Morgen als unser Auto nicht angesprungen ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra estadía en Casa Victoria fue una maravilla. Esta muy bien equipada, es hermosa y acogedora. La host fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos. Un especial saludo a Doña Maritza, cocina espectacular y Chiquito por su ayuda. Sin duda lo recomiendo y nos encantaría volver pronto!

C’était un super séjour chez François, très réactif dans les questions qu’on lui a posé. Le logement est au top!! Tout est à proximité à pied ;)

Great location right in front of the beach and next to many, many great restaurants. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Las Terrenas. Carmen was responsive and the instructions to find and get into the place were easy to follow.

Stayed 1 night. The apartment was in a secure location with keypad access to get In and out. The bedrooms had air conditioning which worked great and the living room had two fans that were remote controlled. The refrigerator and freezer worked great for what we needed. Manuel responded quick to our texts. We only used the apartment to shower & sleep as we had a party close by the day we arrived. They had a pack and play available for our baby which we set up. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Christian's place! There's a pool right behind the apartment, with a shallower area for kids. The beach club/restaurant with another pool is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the beach. We never had trouble finding a beach chair available. Overall, a good location and apartment for families.

The place is magical. The roar of the ocean, white linen curtains in the sea breeze and a view that is the beyond comprehension. Beautifully decorated, bigger than pictures capture. Perfect, spacious and a restaurant close by when we didn’t want to cook.

Our stay here was fantastic! The location couldn't be better – a beautiful beachfront spot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment itself was great – comfortable furniture, very well-equipped kitchen and amenities, and everything worked without a hitch. They provided plenty of towels for both inside use and for the beach, which made packing easier and our beach trips more convenient. We especially enjoyed the easy walks along the sand to nearby restaurants. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
