Large condo. Home away from home!

Casita Ruiz located in the Plaza Samara building in the center of town, only 2 blocks from the beach, steps from all the restaurants & shops. 3-BRM condo sleeps up to 7, with the master having a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a queen, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. Full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. Wifi & cable, and access to the building's private pool, and two parking spaces within a gated yard.

Come and stay at our home away from home. Your family will love this top floor condominium. You will be next to: the beach (Pelada is 1min walk and Guiones is 7mins walk), a wonderful selection of eateries (La Luna, Il Pepperoni, El Chivo, Sunrise cafe, Rosi’s Soda, etc), and two small grocery stores (La Bodega & local corner shop). Our family lives here 3 months/year and we focus on cleanliness & quality materials (sheets, bedsheets, etc), including cleaning supplies used for the house.
